Our Idea and Philosophy

The Office of Migration Policy is a non-governmental organization established to address migration challenges in Ukraine and to develop the country’s labor potential. This requires encouraging Ukrainians to stay, helping those abroad return, and attracting workforce from other countries. Achieving these goals is only possible through collaboration among scholars, experts, government representatives, businesses, and civil society.

Today, the Office of Migration Policy is already working on developing a new migration policy that will enable the state to nurture human capital over the coming decades and ensure Ukraine's economic recovery and sustainable growth.
